Pioneering student accommodation in multiple markets
Convenience and connectivity
Campus Estates has built a reputation for finding and developing sites in some of the world’s most competitive property markets. Here are just a few examples of projects Campus Estates Founder, Jon Whittle, has been instrumental in delivering.
Campus Estates acquired the site in October 2015 and in 2016 collaborated with Global Student Accommodation Group to develop what’s become The Student Housing Company’s flagship residence in the heart of Melbourne’s Education precinct.
Infinity Place is a market leading student residence situated on Elizabeth Street in the heart of Melbourne. Developed by GSA and The Student Housing Company Australia, it opened its doors to students in April 2019.
The Boulevard represented GSA’s and The Student Housing Company’s launch into a new market and also Perth’s first commercially operated purpose-built student residence.
Acting in the capacity as Head of Development for Urbanest, Jon acquired one of the largest off market single plots of land in Ultimo for one of Sydney’s largest purpose-built student residences.
The property sits on the boundary of the University of Sydney, next to the Student Union and the footbridge between the Darlington and Camperdown Campuses.
